Here's a nice little recipe for White Sangria, the perfect sweet/tart combo for a warm May day.

White Sangria from Pastry Queen Parties by Rebecca Rather

1 (1.5 liter) bottle dry white table wine
1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, defrosted
1/4 c. freshly squeezed lime juice, about 4 medium
1/2 c. brandy
fruit for floating in pitcher, such as citrus slices, fresh cherries, pineapple chunks
1 12oz can soda water, or to taste

In a large pitcher, stir together the wine, lemonade, lime juice and brandy. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate fro at least an hour, preferably longer. When ready to serve, stir in the fruit and soda water. Add plenty of ice and serve immediately.
