A makeup artist once told me the least expensive, most striking improvement a girl could make to her face was to groom her eyebrows. It was great advice. A couple of days ago I had my eyebrows done by a self proclaimed "eyebrow expert". $23 and mere moments later, I walked out looking a bit more polished than when I walked in.
