Years ago, my friend Liz threw a Halloween party just so she could use these really great cupcake toppers she had found. Perfectly logical. When Charlotte, my friend from work gave me this slew of fabric, I saw festive party flags, table runners and maybe even napkins....a family reunion perhaps?
